Jenna & Nishant: Stone Manor Country Club Wedding

Some time over the past week, as I agonized over which photos to include in this post, I finally decided that because it was a double ceremony, I would double the post!  When you see this gorgeous couple's wedding, you'll understand.

Jenna and Nishant were married at the beautiful Stone Manor Country Club in a traditional Western ceremony with a Hindu ceremony immediately following.  Two ceremonies meant two dresses, double the shoes, double the jewelry and double the details.  It was FABULOUS!   These two perfectly blended the colors, details and traditions of their two worlds.  At one of our pre-wedding meetings, Jenna confessed that she was worried she was overdoing it on the bright colors and things may clash.  After documenting every detail of their big day (including the wedding cake THEY designed!) I think they should go into business as planners, like immediately!

Jenna and Nishant, you are the reason I love what I do.  It was an absolute honor to document your beautiful day.  When you're ready to break into the wedding business, give me a call ;)

As always, thank you to the fabulous Becca Watkins for being my right hand, capturing some gorgeous shots and being a general lighting genius.

Enjoy!!

The bridal suite at Stone Manor was out of this world.  Gorgeous lighting, lots of open space.  I'm pretty much in love!

Waiting, waiting....

Gah!  Jenna, you are STUNNING!!!

At the conclusion of the Western ceremony, Jenna and Nishant retreated back to their rooms and quickly changed into their attire for the Hindu ceremony.

So, my initial impression of Nishant from their engagement session and our pre-wedding consults: friendly, polite, definitely a gentleman and a little on the quiet side.  And then......he got behind a microphone.  OH MY WORD!  That boy can sing!!  His college a cappella group, The Brown Derbies serenaded the guests at the reception and then Nishant let loose in a solo for Jenna.  It was AH-mazing!!

Thank you to the wonderful Maribeth of The Finer Points Event Planning for helping to pull off a flawless day!
